Please note that most Manufacturers may require you to call for an RA (Return authorization) number before returning your defective or dented bat for exchange. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER AND RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FIRST. Then return the item to the address which they provided to you with over the phone.
